Are you an experienced, passionate evangelist in technology, a solutions builder, a roll-up-your-sleeves technologist who wants a daily collaborative environment, think-tank feel, and the ability to share new ideas with your colleagues? Your primary responsibility is to deliver technical and strategic support throughout the entire sales cycle for both internal sales teams as well as for partners, prospects and existing clients. Your broad technical skillset, insights and excellent business acumen will be required to provide value-based, large and complex enterprise solutions.

Requirements

  • Solid experience and understanding of one or more Web Content Management systems, e-commerce, or digital asset management systems and understand the MarTech landscape and trends including SaaS and Headless content solutions
  • Experience with combining technical elements with business needs and requirements of clients
  • Ability to absorb and integrate large amounts of information in short timescales to resolve more complex technical issues and integration of multiple products to create solutions
  • Excellent team player, able to work closely with other technical sales and business development colleagues, while at the same time understand the value of self-drive, and possess the ability to control and prioritize own time independently
  • You have good interpersonal, communication, persuasion, and presentation skills. You have a passion for telling engaging stories that both demonstrate our product's value and bring our solution to life
  • Solid experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, React, Angular, Vue, etc.

Nice To Haves

  • At least 3 years of experience as a successful pre-sales engineer working with enterprise customers OR 3 years in a professional services/consulting role that is client facing and involves sales scenarios - ability to do custom POCs and demos for enterprise solutions
  • At least 3 years in a leadership position
  • You are a highly motivated, and independent self-starter with a high level of integrity and professionalism, who is a team player and can thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the leadership team of the AMS Digital Asset Management Solution Engineering Team
  • Lead the SE team for a sales area as a manager and contributor
  • Support the sales team with technical aspects of the Sitecore sales processes
  • Enable and assist partners in the prospecting phase to deliver the best possible solution proposals
  • Deliver bespoke demonstration scenarios of Sitecore software solutions
  • Develop and deliver proofs of concept and demonstrations to Sitecore prospect organizations
  • Solution prototyping, delivery, skinning, and presentation
  • Write technical answers and proposals to RFP, RFQ, RFI from prospects
