About The Position

In this role, you will play a crucial part in leading the functional and technical sales processes, particularly focusing on solutions development through comprehensive discovery and requirements gathering. You will be responsible for validating and demonstrating the value of various solutions, ensuring they align with customer needs, and effectively articulating those benefits to both technical and business audiences. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience supporting multiple software products and services into sophisticated accounts.
  • 1+ years of experience supporting Conversational AI or Digital Transformation solutions into enterprise accounts.
  • Exceptional presentation and demo capabilities.
  • Experience customizing and building storyboards for demos and POCs.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving strategic deal wins.
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex sales opportunities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels within an organization.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver demonstrations that align the product portfolio with the customer’s business challenges.
  • Identify all functional and technical challenges of assigned accounts.
  • Manage and interpret customer requirements with astute questioning skills to anticipate and exceed customer needs.
  • Influence and educate clients on how the product solutions will satisfy their needs in terms of ease of use, quality, benefit, and value.
  • Lead in all technical aspects of the sales process.
  • Assist with the definition and execution of successful proof of concepts (POCs).
  • Actively contribute to a collaborative team approach with account executives and overlay teams.
  • Respond promptly to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
