The Role We're looking for a Support Engineer who moves fast, works efficiently, and is obsessed with building solution and unblocking customers. This isn't your typical support role—your job isn't just to answer tickets but to unblock builders. You'll work with both self-serve developers and enterprise customers to help them seamlessly integrate and scale with our AI-powered APIs. With this, you'll need to balance speed of resolution with quality of response, as we need to set our users up for success. As cheesy as it sounds, you're debugging the future- Tavus powers the top startups and largest enterprises, and you'll be working with them at every step. You should have a strong engineering background, a customer-first mindset, and an ability to balance speed with precision. While working with customers to unlock their use cases is the primary responsibility of this role, we're also looking for someone with an interest in developer relations- someone who wants to help foster a developer community at Tavus! Our goal with this role isn't just resolution, but crafting a fantastic developer journey, which could include creating technical resources and content like sample code, and much more You'll be the bridge between customers and our engineering team, ensuring that issues don't just get solved but get prevented.
