About The Position

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our growing go-to-market team. In this role, you’ll partner with Account Executives to help prospective clients understand how the Advisor360° platform solves their challenges, supports their workflows, and drives business outcomes. You’ll play a critical role throughout the sales process—from discovery and technical consultation to product demonstrations and RFP support. This is a great opportunity for a technically-minded professional with a background in SaaS and a passion for translating complex solutions into clear business value.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solution Consulting, or a technical client-facing role within a B2B SaaS environment specific to fintech, wealthtech or financial services.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to business users and executives.
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles, ideally with complex stakeholder groups.
  • Understanding of SaaS architectures, APIs, and data integration principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, or Notion.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of reporting systems, compliance workflows, or advisor platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the sales team to support discovery conversations, identify customer needs, and shape solution strategies.
  • Deliver compelling and tailored product demonstrations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Translate client requirements into solution configurations using the Advisor360° platform.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Client Services teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment.
  • Contribute to RFP responses, solution documentation, and demo environment setup.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on platform capabilities, integrations, APIs, and security protocols.
  • Maintain strong understanding of industry trends, client workflows, and the competitive landscape.
