About The Position

Pitney Bowes is hiring a Solutions Deployment Specialist Remote anywhere in the United States. There are 2 openings available. You must reside in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not provided for this role. Your hourly pay will be $22.50 per hour. You will work Monday through Friday during traditional office hours. Pitney Bowes is seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Solutions Deployment Specialist to join our Solutions Deployment Team. In this role, you will coordinate and schedule all aspects of equipment delivery, installation, and withdrawal for shipping software and combination orders. You will review presales scope documentation for accuracy, assign implementation resources within PSA/SMAX, and collaborate directly with clients to plan and execute deployment activities. This position requires exceptional communication skills, strong project coordination abilities, and the capacity to collaborate effectively across multiple internal and external teams—including Sales, Service, Solutions, third‑party providers, Sales and Service Management, and Global Supply Chain. You will play a key role in keeping projects on track, ensuring successful execution, and delivering outstanding customer experience. Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing deployments or similar project coordination responsibilities.
  • Strong proficiency with Pitney Bowes Shipping products, PB project management tools, and CRM systems (PSA, SAP, Salesforce.com, ServiceMax, etc.).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Office, keyboarding, PC applications, and web‑based tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer‑service orientation.
  • Proven ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate across teams.
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate project management conference calls with clients, internal teams, and partners to ensure projects remain on schedule.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication, coordination, and follow‑up skills across all stakeholder groups.
  • Review and interpret order details, pre-sales documentation, and scope artifacts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Understand delivery logistics and coordinate equipment delivery and installation based on carrier requirements and delivery types.
  • Manage installation and withdrawal activities through call scheduling, resource assignment, and queue management.
  • Maintain multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they remain on schedule and within budget.
  • Proactively communicate with stakeholders to provide updates, address risks, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support accurate forecasting, customer satisfaction goals, and cycle‑time objectives.
  • Continuously develop technical skills and identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
