Role Overview: As a Solution Data Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming how our customers make mission-critical decisions. Your proficiency in tools such as Qlik, Tableau, and PowerBI will be central as you leverage the CORAS Enterprise Decision Management platform to extract actionable insights from complex datasets. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design data models, develop compelling visualizations, and create intelligent data workflows that empower our clients to make informed, real-time decisions. You won’t just be building dashboards—you’ll be shaping the way national security leaders think, plan, and act.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience conducting data analysis and utilizing Qlik and PowerBI software.
• Strong proficiency in Qlik and PowerBI, and the ability to effectively adapt these skills to the CORAS platform.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, data transformation, and data governance principles.
• Familiarity with data quality, security, and compliance best practices.
• Proficiency in querying and manipulating organizational data: spreadsheets, pivot tables, SQL, legacy enterprise sources, cloud repositories, etc.
• Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to convey complex insights to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree is advantageous.
• Experience with data scraping, tagging, NoSQL, taxonomies, OSINT, and publicly available sources is highly advantageous
• Prior experience in mission-critical decision support systems or real-time data analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with mission stakeholders to deeply understand analytical requirements, strategic priorities, and operational challenges.
• Leverage your expertise in Qlik and PowerBI to design and implement robust data models and processes that transform raw data into actionable insights within CORAS.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies in diverse data sets, including public sources.
• Develop dynamic dashboards, reports, alerts, and visualizations that support timely, data-driven decisions at all organizational levels.
• Present accurate, consistent, and reliable data analysis processes to optimize decision-making.
• Advise customers, helping them troubleshoot issues, explore use cases, and maximize the value of the CORAS solution.
• Champion data best practices and thought leadership, keeping abreast of industry innovations in analytics, AI/ML integration, and visualization techniques.
• Troubleshoot data-related challenges with CORAS customers and prospective end users.
• Provide guidance and support to users, helping them maximize the benefits of CORAS.
• Collaborate with the CORAS development team to enhance product capabilities based on frontline user feedback and evolving customer needs.
• Drive the continuous improvement of data processes, standards, and methodologies, contributing to CORAS’s growth as a best-in-class decision intelligence platform.
