About The Position
Scrum Master Responsibilities Lead and Manage the Scrum team to meet the business timelines for the deliverables assigned to the team. Helping the Scrum Team focus on creating high value Increments that meet the Definition of Done. Facilitate the prioritization and removal of impediments, paying particular attention to cross team dependencies. Ensuring that all Scrum events/ceremonies(Daily Scrum/Backlog Grooming/Sprint Retrospective/Sprint Planning/Sprint Demos etc) take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox. Removing barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Teams. Coaching the team members in self management and cross functionality. Work closely with the Chief Product Owner to deliver a potentially releasable product increment at least every Sprint Helping find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management; Helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items; Helping establish empirical product planning for a complex environment; and, Facilitating stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed.

- SAFe Scrum Master
- 3.00 to 10.00 Years experience
