Mobile Quality Issue Specialist Collect and analyze data from various sources to provide business intelligence support and supporting areas by means of both repeatable and ad hoc reporting delivery reports (charts, graphs, tables, etc) Analyzes performance of process activities, identifies problem areas, and presents findings in clear, concise charts, graphs, tables, or summaries Responsible to tackle mobile quality issues from various streams including data from Carrier, VOC, Supply Chain, Customer Care, B2B and Network Performance. Mainly deal with issues after mobile product is launched in the market Language Requirement Proficiency speaking and writing in both English and Korean is required Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provide technical support for the client carriers' marketing and engineering personnel on issues reported from market. Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion. Data management, Create Trends, Reports etc Track, collect and analyze network KPI and other quality data in case of major issue is reported Perform stationary and field test of issue reproduction Communicate with internal R&D, carriers, and customers for the market issue reported and follow up
