Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Certifications in IT systems or software (preferred)
  • Experience with programming languages such as PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
  • Familiarity with IT security tools and best practices
  • Ability to collaborate in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications in IT systems or software (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day software and end‑user support, including deployment, maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting
  • Coordinate and respond to IT requests and assigned projects to ensure smooth software operations
  • Collaborate with IT leadership and departments to resolve issues, assess needs, and recommend software or system solutions
  • Assist with software development, including coding, debugging, testing, and enhancements using established methodologies
  • Review and evaluate existing software tools and new initiatives to support optimization and informed decisions
  • Maintain system documentation, procedures, user guides, and required reports for ongoing initiatives
  • Provide user support and occasional training to ensure effective use of agency systems
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and participate in ongoing professional development
