Requirements

• Current enrollment in a Computer Science or related program (Associates level preferred).
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts (manual or automated).
• Comfort working with computers, basic troubleshooting, and common software tools.
• English language fluency, verbal and written.
• Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check, credit check and drug/alcohol test.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with or interest in tools like Azure DevOps, Git, or JavaScript is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual software test cases to validate functionality, identify bugs, and ensure product performance meets expectations.
• Assist with maintaining and updating test cases and regression suites as the product evolves.
• Document and report issues using Azure DevOps, collaborating with developers to verify fixes.
• Occasionally update user or testing documentation to support clarity and consistency.
• Participate in regular QA meetings and share feedback on test results and process improvements.
