What Makes This Role Great: In this role, you'll be at the forefront of developing Trimble's Next-Generation Subscription System (NGSS), directly influencing how our global dealer network interacts with our technology and shaping the future of digital commerce within the construction and field systems industry.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Business.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Availability for a 12-month internship. Full-time during the summer and part-time during the school year.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with e-commerce platforms or subscription-based business models.
  • Familiarity with software testing methodologies or UI/UX feedback collection.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead user acceptance testing and identify critical use cases to ensure a seamless dealer experience.
  • Collaborate directly with developers to define and clarify innovative features for the subscription store.
  • Drive the dealer feedback loop by conducting usability tests and interviews to gather qualitative insights.
  • Translate complex dealer needs into actionable recommendations for the project leadership team.
  • Empower global support teams by crafting high-impact content for user manuals and training materials.
