About The Position

The Product Builder, AI-Enabled, brings clarity to complex problems and speed to execution. You serve as the single source of truth for your Scrum team, translating customer needs and technical constraints into clear, testable work that moves efficiently from concept to validated solution. You operate at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer value. You actively leverage AI tools to enhance thinking, accelerate prototyping, and reduce friction across teams. AI is used to amplify judgment, not replace it. You operate differently from a traditional Product Owner. AI is embedded in your daily execution, shaping how you think, explore, and deliver work. You bring stronger technical fluency, allowing you to effectively evaluate feasibility and collaborate deeply with engineering. You move quickly from concept to validated solution through rapid prototyping and experimentation, while maintaining a high bar for backlog readiness, solution quality, and delivery outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar product delivery role in an agile environment.
  • Strong ability to translate customer needs and system constraints into clear, testable user stories.
  • Demonstrated technical fluency, including familiarity with APIs, system architecture, and modern software development practices.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript, with the ability to read and understand code and collaborate effectively with engineers.
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot to improve productivity, clarity, and technical validation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a bias toward action and measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice To Haves

  • A background in software development or a transition from engineering into product management is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the single source of truth for your Scrum team, translating customer needs and technical constraints into clear, testable work.

  • Evaluate feasibility and collaborate deeply with engineering due to stronger technical fluency.
  • Move quickly from concept to validated solution through rapid prototyping and experimentation.
  • Maintain a high bar for backlog readiness, solution quality, and delivery outcomes.
  • Maintain a continuously ready backlog with at least two iterations of refined, testable stories.
  • Reduce ambiguity and cycle time by validating ideas early through prototypes and technical exploration.
  • Drive efficient sprint execution with high-quality outputs that meet Definition of Done.
  • Ensure delivered solutions work in real customer workflows, not just in theory.
  • Build strong alignment across product, engineering, and stakeholders through clear communication and shared context.
  • Reduce cycle time without increasing rework.
  • Anticipate questions and resolve ambiguity before it impacts delivery.
  • Combine strong product judgment with technical curiosity.
  • Use AI tools to improve clarity, speed, and quality of execution.
  • Strengthen team capability rather than creating dependency.
  • Use AI tools as thinking partners to refine thinking, structure work, and validate ideas.
  • Use tools such as Cursor to stay close to code, APIs, and system behavior.
  • Move fluidly between customer language and system language.
  • Focus on prioritization, problem-solving, and execution over mechanical work.
  • Hold yourself and others accountable to meet commitments.
  • Make sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
