About The Position

The Product Builder, AI-Enabled, is responsible for bringing clarity to complex problems and accelerating execution. This role serves as the single source of truth for the Scrum team, translating customer needs and technical constraints into clear, testable work that efficiently moves from concept to validated solution. Operating at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer value, the Product Builder actively leverages AI tools to enhance thinking, accelerate prototyping, and reduce friction across teams, using AI to amplify judgment rather than replace it. This position differs from a traditional Product Owner by embedding AI into daily execution, shaping how work is explored and delivered. The role requires strong technical fluency to effectively evaluate feasibility and collaborate deeply with engineering. The Product Builder is expected to move quickly from concept to validated solution through rapid prototyping and experimentation, while maintaining high standards for backlog readiness, solution quality, and delivery outcomes.

Requirements

Proven experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar product delivery role in an agile environment.
Strong ability to translate customer needs and system constraints into clear, testable user stories.
Demonstrated technical fluency, including familiarity with APIs, system architecture, and modern software development practices.
Working knowledge of JavaScript, with the ability to read and understand code and collaborate effectively with engineers.
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot to improve productivity, clarity, and technical validation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a bias toward action and measurable outcomes.
Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

A background in software development or a transition from engineering into product management is strongly preferred.
