About The Position

As a Software Implementation Associate, you will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring seamless integration, configuration, and adoption of our software to meet customers' unique needs. This role involves a blend of technical proficiency, functional expertise, and customer-facing skills, requiring occasional travel to work directly with clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in software product implementation, Preferably ERP or SaaS Software
• A strong background in financial systems, applications including, General Ledger, Accounting Principles Coding Time and Material
• Experienced in Testing, Configuration, Training
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support customer projects. Travel up to 40%

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the Retail Domains a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or other.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Lead requirements-gathering sessions to understand customer needs and business processes.
• Provide top-notch customer service to large and strategic customers.
• Support customers through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities.
• Deliver training sessions for both trainers and end users, ensuring successful software adoption.
• Interface with customers at all levels Participate in customer meetings and sales events.
• Implementation & Deployment: Configure and build the iRely Store Suite to align with customer requirements.
• Execute project tasks in collaboration with project managers to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Provide on-site and remote support during escalations, go-live, and post-go-live phases.
• Standards & Processes: Follow established implementation standards set by the Professional Services Organization (PSO).
• Assess and resolve complex project challenges, focusing on quality-driven solutions.
• Maintain an average of 75% utilization on billable projects.
