Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, or related field;
  • 5 years of experience in a related occupation;
  • Experience coding and testing;
  • Experience enhancing and developing user sites;
  • Experience executing retrofit projects for applications undergoing major enhancements;
  • Experience creating project plans, identifying and managing change in project scopes, key dependencies, and potential crises, developing contingency plans, and providing estimations for new projects;
  • Experience identifying, analyzing, and executing risk mitigation plans;
  • Experience ensuring delivery of application changes;
  • Experience establishing version control mechanisms;
  • Experience with RSAM (GRC Platform): Platform Administration and configuration, user management, workflow automation, Dashboard reporting and charts;
  • Experience developing risk management solutions in RSAM aligned with business requirements and supporting existing workflows in both Production and Non-Production Environments;
  • Experience developing and maintaining applications/projects in healthcare domain;
  • Experience with ServiceNow: Administration and configuration, user administration, Security, Workflow, data management, ITSM, Discovery, Self Service Portals, Service Level Agreement (SLAs) setup, Jelly Scripting, MID Server Setup, ACLs including advanced scripting, APIs, Client and Server side scripting, UI Policies, automated testing, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Workflow Editor, Flow Designer, Update Sets, Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, ServiceNow integration solutions including SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, SFTP, activate plugins, build reports, gauges and homepages;
  • Experience developing REST API based integration between RSAM and ServiceNow;
  • Experience using: RSAM (GRC Platform), RSAM Inbound API, Shibboleth, ServiceNow (Administration and configuration), REST API, Postman, WinSCP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, AngularJS, Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), C#, LDAP, Okta, Splunk and Jira.

Responsibilities

  • Perform hands-on application support for end-users, day-to-day maintenance to include plug-ins, reporting and dashboards, SLAs, planning, and testing system upgrades of RSAM applications;
  • Perform and Troubleshoot advanced customizations of RSAM application;
  • Work with architects, developers, and other product members to fulfill updates, fixes, and new features within key applications;
  • Create, maintain, and enhance ServiceNow Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Self-Service Portals;
  • Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs including advanced scripting in ServiceNow;
  • Manage the fundamental administration and configuration of tasks in the ServiceNow & RSAM platforms;
  • Maintain responsibility for standard configuration, user administration, security, workflow, data management and integrations for RSAM application;
  • Aid in translating business requirements into technical requirements;
  • Serve as subject matter expert in ServiceNow & RSAM applications.
