As a leader of the Sales & Servicing technology teams within Personal Lines Solutions, part of the Property & Casualty Technology organization, you will leverage technology and a customer-focused approach to help make Nationwide the P&C carrier of choice for people who value protection and exceptional service for their complex needs. Sales & Servicing sits at the heart of how agents and members experience Nationwide every day—from quoting and binding, to managing policies, to understanding premium changes. This role is a critical lever for powering the next generation of those experiences by delivering an industry-leading, transparent and trustworthy experience that agents and customers can easily understand and navigate with confidence.
