As a QA Engineering Leader within Payments Engineering, you will own the end-to-end quality strategy for systems that support card processing, ACH, real-time payments, and other regulated transaction flows. You will guide teams toward automation-first, observability-driven, and AI-assisted testing, ensuring quality scales with platform growth and regulatory expectations. You will mentor QA engineers and SDETs, influence engineering design decisions, and ensure quality outcomes align with U.S. Bank standards, regulatory requirements, and customer experience expectations.
