About The Position
We are seeking a Software Engineer Intern to join the Axway team for the summer. Our mission is to deliver secure, highly available products for Axway’s Digital Business Platform, specifically building the next generation of universal API Management platform that enables multi-gateway and multi-cloud API management and governance. The intern will be part of an agile R&D team, building new features for the API Management Platform and for Amplify Engage and Amplify Enterprise Marketplace products, with a focus on coding and learning new technologies.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Java or JavaScript.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Build & Maintain Code: Develop, test, and debug features for SaaS applications using Java or JavaScript. Participate in code reviews and adhere to coding standards set by the team.
- Collaborate with Teams: You will collaborate and communicate with product owners, architects, UX, and members of other scrum teams. You will participate in all sprint activities such as planning, grooming, demos, and retrospectives.
- Documentation: Write technical documentation for features and deployment processes.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve bugs in both development and production environments.
- Learn DevOps tools: Gain exposure to CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies.
