About The Position

Design, develop, and support software solutions by participating in the full development lifecycle and applying technical skills to solve business problems. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Must be able to work in Great River, NY location
  • Knowledge of programming languages including Java, C#, and .NET (coursework, projects, or professional experience all apply).
  • Understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and SQL scripting.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS architectures.
  • Ability to learn new technologies independently.
  • Strong organizational skills with a history of completing assignments on time with high quality.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical internship experience in a software or healthcare-related organization.
  • Exposure to Cache or advanced SQL concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Design, build, and deliver software solutions with guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop a strong understanding of relevant clinical and financial workflows and apply that knowledge in your work.
  • Execute software tests, analyze results, and conduct root‑cause analysis to identify and resolve issues.
  • Contribute to project code reviews and help ensure high-quality engineering standards.
  • Implement and support technical solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Research and recommend tools or technologies that enhance problem‑solving.
  • Participate in a rotational on‑call schedule, which may require occasional availability outside standard business hours.
