As a Software Engineer Sr within PNC's Lending Technology organization, you will be based in Miamisburg, OH, Cleveland, OH, Pittsburgh, PA, Birmingham, AL, Dallas, TX, or Jacksonville, FL. Due to the nature of this position we are seeking passionate Software Engineers. Candidates should have experience with the following: - Application Support & Platform Stability (ICE MSP) Provide Tier 2/3 engineering support for ICE MSP-based lending applications, including incident triage, root cause analysis, and defect resolution across loan origination, servicing, and default modules. Partner with ICE, infrastructure, and operations teams to monitor system health, manage releases/patches, and ensure high availability, performance, and compliance with SLAs. - Integration, Enhancements & Technical Delivery Design, develop, and support custom integrations and extensions to ICE MSP using APIs, batch processing, and middleware to meet evolving business and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and QA to deliver enhancements, perform impact analysis, and ensure changes align with enterprise architecture and lending technology standards. Requirements
- Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
- Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
- Certifications are often desired.
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities
- Provides detailed technical design and development of software solutions using existing and emerging technology platforms.
- Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs.
- Writes code, tests and deploys software.
- Prepares technical and procedural documentation required for software.
- Maintains and debugs software.
