Peoria, IL 61605. Design, develop, modify, write, and implement software applications using agile methods. Perform implementation, problem solving, maintenance, and support for software development. Acquire client requirements and resolve workflow problems through automation. Write source code for new applications and enhance code for existing ones. Utilize automated testing tools for testing and maintenance. Conduct walkthroughs and monitor development effectiveness and quality. Estimate and monitor development costs based on functional and technical requirements. Manage advantages and drawbacks of development languages and tools. Participate in documenting data, ideas, stakeholders, and processes. Apply critical thinking to assess risks, benefits, and alternatives. Facilitate design reviews and analyze software architecture and design. Integrate software into customer or partner infrastructure. Solicit customer feedback, and report and monitor bugs and implementation issues.

Requirements

  • This position requires a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field and 2 years of experience as a Software Engineer or related occupation.
