As a Software Engineer Sr. within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. This role involves providing detailed technical design and development of software solutions using existing and emerging technology platforms. The Software Engineer Sr. will propose and design software solutions to address complex business needs, write code, test, and deploy software. They will also prepare technical and procedural documentation required for software and maintain and debug software. PNC employees are expected to be customer-focused, knowledgeable of values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations, and able to leverage this information to create customized customer solutions. They are also expected to manage risk by assessing and effectively managing all risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure adherence to PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Responsibilities

Provides detailed technical design and development of software solutions using existing and emerging technology platforms.
Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs.
