Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming and coding languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#, NodeJs, Typescript and ReactJs.
  • Knowledge of Spring Boot, queuing systems (Kafka or similar), and database technologies including SQL and NoSQL
  • Knowledge of agentic AI development, prompt engineering, and integration of AI capabilities into production systems
  • Expertise in API design, platform development, and iterative incremental development methodologies.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis, debugging, and defect management to ensure high-quality solutions.
  • Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes and automation scripting.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Demonstrated capability to mentor and guide small engineering teams effectively.
  • Commitment to adhering to coding standards, security policies, and quality assurance practices.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product, project, business, and user experience teams to develop high-level designs during project discovery phases.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot production and business issues by performing root cause analysis and developing effective solutions.
  • Translate project requirements into technical solutions, conduct coding, unit testing, and ensure timely delivery of software components.
  • Support users by addressing technical questions and guiding implementation strategies for new and enhanced systems.
  • Lead small engineering teams by providing documentation, direction, and mentoring to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain automated scripts for continuous integration and delivery processes.
  • Monitor application performance, conduct maintenance, and implement telemetry features to ensure system reliability.
