About The Position

CTG is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer III with strong Salesforce expertise to support a large enterprise banking client. This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on building and enhancing complex business applications.
Location: Remote
Duration: 8 months

Requirements

• 6+ years of systems analysis/application development experience
• Strong Salesforce development experience (Apex, Flows, declarative tools)
• Experience with GitLab and VS Code
• Hands-on experience with UAT and regression testing
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Banking or financial services industry experience
• Test automation experience
• Knowledge of enterprise application architecture and integrations
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions (Apex, Flows, Validation Rules)
• Act as a senior technical contributor on complex, high-impact projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams from design through UAT and deployment
• Oversee and mentor junior developers; coordinate development activities
• Develop and execute test strategies including UAT and regression testing
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and integration issues
• Drive technical standards, documentation, and best practices
• Evaluate new tools, technologies, and vendor solutions
