Requirements
- Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (required).
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline. Four additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for the degree. Twelve years of software engineering experience in programs of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Production software development experience using Java, Python, JavaScript, or Apache NiFi.
- Strong experience with Git-based version control.
- Comfort operating in Linux or UNIX environments via the command line.
- Experience working within multi-node, networked systems.
- Hands-on experience with large-scale data processing platforms such as Elasticsearch or Splunk.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
- Experience using Ansible for automation.
- Experience deploying or supporting systems in AWS or other cloud environments.
- Familiarity with end-to-end SIGINT systems.
- Experience supporting production CNO capabilities.
- Experience with Kibana or similar visualization tools.
- Exposure to Jenkins or other CI tools.
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
- Experience using Lua.
Responsibilities
- You design, develop, and integrate production software supporting large-scale data analysis.
- You collaborate closely with analysts, data scientists, and engineers to deliver mission-focused capabilities.
- You monitor deployed software, apply updates, and improve reliability over time.
- You introduce new tools and technologies to extend platform functionality.
- You participate in and lead code reviews to maintain quality standards.
- You work directly with stakeholders to elicit requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- You produce clear technical and compliance documentation supporting audits and sustainment.
