Requirements

  • Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (required).
  • Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline. Four additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for the degree. Twelve years of software engineering experience in programs of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • Production software development experience using Java, Python, JavaScript, or Apache NiFi.
  • Strong experience with Git-based version control.
  • Comfort operating in Linux or UNIX environments via the command line.
  • Experience working within multi-node, networked systems.
  • Hands-on experience with large-scale data processing platforms such as Elasticsearch or Splunk.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Experience using Ansible for automation.
  • Experience deploying or supporting systems in AWS or other cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with end-to-end SIGINT systems.
  • Experience supporting production CNO capabilities.
  • Experience with Kibana or similar visualization tools.
  • Exposure to Jenkins or other CI tools.
  • Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
  • Experience using Lua.

Responsibilities

  • You design, develop, and integrate production software supporting large-scale data analysis.
  • You collaborate closely with analysts, data scientists, and engineers to deliver mission-focused capabilities.
  • You monitor deployed software, apply updates, and improve reliability over time.
  • You introduce new tools and technologies to extend platform functionality.
  • You participate in and lead code reviews to maintain quality standards.
  • You work directly with stakeholders to elicit requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • You produce clear technical and compliance documentation supporting audits and sustainment.
