Schedule and Work Details Location: NBP 322 Telework: Not specified Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (required) Here’s What Your Day-to-Day Might Look Like You’ll collaborate with engineers and mission stakeholders to design and maintain cloud-based infrastructure that supports production systems. Some days you’ll be writing Terraform modules to automate deployments. Other days you’ll troubleshoot Linux systems, refine AWS configurations, or partner with development teams to improve reliability and performance. You’ll help ensure infrastructure is consistent, repeatable, and secure while supporting evolving mission needs. Expect a mix of hands-on engineering, problem solving, and coordination across teams to keep systems running smoothly. Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional software engineering experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. Extensive experience developing and maintaining complex software systems in programs of similar scope and complexity is expected.
  • Strong experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation
  • Hands-on experience deploying and managing AWS environments
  • Solid Linux/Unix system administration and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience designing and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to operational reliability

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with the ServPro team or similar mission environments
  • Familiarity with secure infrastructure deployments in classified settings
  • Experience optimizing cloud costs, performance, and availability
  • Knowledge of CI/CD integration with infrastructure pipelines
  • Experience supporting production systems with high availability requirements
