By stepping into this historic arena, you’ll become a catalyst in developing mission‑critical software, shaping our nation’s most ambitious aeronautical endeavors Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Advanced Development Programs (ADP) is seeking a full-time Early Career Software Engineer. In this role, you will develop, test, and integrate mission critical software for an advanced battle management system. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of object-oriented programming, applied agile methodologies, and software application troubleshooting. Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a STEM related discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Experience or education in object oriented programming
  • C/C++, Java, and/or Python experience
  • Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance.
  • This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

  • Software debugging and troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture
