About The Position
Join CACI, a leading Prime Contractor on the MWIII Bridge project, in our Hanover, MD location. As part of our team, you will contribute to the development and support of Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) capabilities for both enterprise and stand-alone deployments within the Intelligence Community (IC). Your role will encompass a variety of tasks including program management, mission support, software integration, development, system engineering, migration, testing, documentation, network and system monitoring, configuration control, and release management. As an Agentic AI ICAM Integration Software Engineer, you will be at the forefront of extending enterprise identity and access management services for agentic AI workflows. Utilizing your full-stack development skills with Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, and REST services, you will prototype, design, and implement scalable and secure solutions. Your work will involve: Developing robust AI agent interaction protocols in collaboration with development teams. Ensuring the creation of verifiable and compliant access management systems that integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise architectures. Implementing security mechanisms to enable safe and controlled Agentic AI workflow integrations, in close partnership with senior system engineers. What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity. Requirements
- TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer engineering or in a field related to the computer engineering or computer science disciplines is required. 4 years of software engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree, for a total of 9 years.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience is required.
- 2+ years’ work experience in the SIGINT, IA, or IT domains is required.
- Demonstrated Java and Spring Boot software development proficiency
- Experience designing and implementing REST services using JSON
- Full life cycle front-end and back-end application development expertise
- Demonstrated containerization and cloud infrastructure skills
- Linux environment and bash scripting proficiency
- Demonstrated version control and build tool expertise
- Experienced with Atlassian team collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence)
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with PKI encryption and authentication protocols
- Knowledge of Agentic workflow architectures, AI agents, and MCP servers
- Demonstrated Python experience and any Agentic AI frameworks a plus
