About The Position

The Office of Budget and Management Information Technology division is excited to announce an opportunity for a Software Development Specialist 3. The Software Development Specialist 3 is a seasoned technologist who plays a key role in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise applications that power critical business operations.
This role partners closely with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into secure, scalable solutions using modern technologies such as .NET, Microsoft Azure, SQL, and web development frameworks. Requirements

• 60 mos. combined work experience in any combination of the following: assuring requirements are defined and approved, performing code reviews and ensuring application development standards are met including 12 mos. work experience in the primary technology as specified by the agency position description & job posting.
• completion of associate core program in computer science or information systems; 42 mos. combined work experience in any combination of the following: assuring requirements are defined and approved, performing code reviews and ensuring application development standards are met including 12 mos. work experience in the primary technology as specified by the agency position description & job posting.
• completion of undergraduate core program in computer science or information systems; 36 mos. combined work experience in any combination of the following: assuring requirements are defined and approved, performing code reviews and ensuring application development standards are met including 12 mos. work experience in the primary technology as specified by the agency position description & job posting.
• equivalent of minimum class qualifications for employment noted above.
