About The Position

In this role, you will lead the development of a new product initiative designed to help mid-market customers drive growth and improve lead conversion. You will manage and mentor a high-performing engineering team while owning the end-to-end delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions. Operating in a fast-paced, product-driven environment, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical execution. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of software development experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
  • Proven experience managing high-performing engineering teams and delivering complex projects
  • Strong technical background with experience in Python, React, and relational and NoSQL databases
  • Solid understanding of large-scale system design and big data architectures
  • Experience working with agile development methodologies
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in fast-paced environments
