About The Position

RIS I is the delivery of regional IT services to the end user. We offer support of end user devices including desktop, workplace peripherals, and voice and video devices. We support local and campus area networks, including wireless and cable plant. AT&T has an opening for aSoftware Developer: To support and maintain our asset management program. This role involves collaborating directly with customers to gather functional requirements, developing software solutions, and participating in deployment and testing activities. All software development is conducted within the ServiceNow platform. This position requires office presence a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

Requirements

  • TS/SCI with polygraph. (#ts/sci) (#polygraph)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years of relevant software development experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript
  • Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS

  • UI Pages/UI Macros
  • UI Scripts

  • Script Includes
  • Business Rule Creation
  • Familiarity with Visual Studio Code (VS Code)
  • Experience with Git version control

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional requirements.
  • Develop, deploy, and test software solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Maintain and enhance existing asset management applications.
  • Ensure high-quality code and effective documentation.
