About The Position

We are currently seeking a Hospice Social Worker to join our group of diverse, compassionate providers to deliver the highest quality of care to our patient population. At AgeRight Hospice, we honor this life transition by addressing physical, psychosocial and spiritual needs for patients with a life expectancy of six months or less who have chosen to forgo further attempts at curative treatment. As a Hospice Social Worker, you’ll be coordinating care efforts for patients and their family in their time of need.

Requirements

Must meet at least one of the following:
Have an MSW degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE), and one year of experience in a health care setting.
Have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW) from a school of social work accredited by the CSWE, and one year of experience in a health care setting and be supervised by a MSW from a school of social work accredited by the CSWE and who has one year of experience in a health care setting.
Have a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology or other field related to social work, and at least one year of social work experience in a health care setting and be supervised by an MSW from a school of social work accredited by the CSWE and who has one year of experience in a health care setting.
