Provide social work support to seniors within the NORC program.
Conduct client assessments and assist with service coordination.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in English.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field (Master’s not required).
• No license required; no clinical supervision provided.
• 2+ years of experience working in a mental health facility, ideally supporting the elderly.
• Strong attention to detail for documentation.
• Ability to work as a team player in a collaborative environment.
• English required; Russian bilingual preferred due to client population.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with community-based programs is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project is a plus.
