We work with clients to help them understand & influence what their fans are doing – the way fans spend their money, the events that fans attend, the channels fans respond to, the content fans watch and more. And we use the understanding this gives us to help our clients grow. Grow their audiences and grow their revenues - both direct to consumer and business to business revenues. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 900 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike and Amazon. We are almost 1000 people, based out of 14 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.

Requirements

  • Strong social content operations and resourcing expertise, supported by clear, confident, and proactive communication skills.
  • Ability to assess freelancer skills, experience, and interests to optimize account resourcing.
  • Collaborative, people-focused approach to managing internal and external talent, as well as cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and the roles required to deliver successful social content operations.
  • Familiarity with operations and resourcing tools such as AirTable or Monday.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

  • Passion for sports and an understanding of the sports industry landscape is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead rota planning and staffing coordination, working closely with account leads to translate resource budgets into clear, accurate rotas for full-time staff and freelancers.
  • Manage freelance resourcing for social content delivery, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and maintaining a reliable pool of freelance content producers across priority sports and markets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for freelancers, proactively managing availability, changes, escalations, and day-to-day queries to ensure smooth coverage and positive working relationships.
  • Support the development and improvement of content operations systems by collaborating with the Studio Operations Tech Lead to refine workflows, tools, and resourcing processes.
  • Oversee freelance financial administration in partnership with Finance, including invoice approvals, rate tracking, and timely, compliant payment processes.
  • Act as a key member of the Global Content Operations team, supporting the delivery of work across a global footprint alongside colleagues in London and Melbourne
