Under the general supervision of the Social Services Program Manager, the Caseworker is responsible for providing client services and case management. The caseworker is responsible for interviewing clients to gather financial and demographic information; assessing client situations to develop, implement and evaluate client case/service plans; making referrals for community resources and services; verifying client information; documenting client records; and accurately processing application within established timeframes according to program guidelines.
