This position is responsible for case management services including crisis intervention/emergency lodging, housing search, case plans, financial literacy/budgeting, transportation, employment search/linkage, referral and linkage to community resources. Other duties include completion of client intake and assessment forms, data collection, and HMIS entry. A great place to work while helping some of Central Ohio’s most vulnerable individuals.
