We are currently seeking a talented Social Media Supervisor to join their team. This is a strategic role within the account/client services team, offering a salary range of $80,000 to $85,000. As the Social Media Supervisor, you will be responsible for leveraging your up-to-date knowledge of social platforms and their performance to guide clients on the most effective platforms for their specific needs. You will play a crucial role in helping clients brainstorm and develop winning social media strategies, ensuring their success on various platforms. This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing you to work remotely while occasionally attending meetings and client visits within a few hours' drive of Fort Worth, Texas (likely once a month). The agency strongly believes in the power of collaboration and face-to-face interactions when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for social content creation and community management, staying updated on cultural and digital trends, relevancy, and best practices.
  • Actively participate in meetings with clients, vendors, and colleagues to contribute to social media tactics within clients' strategic plans.
  • Possess deep knowledge of social marketing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
  • Collaborate closely with the agency's creative team to transform ideas into compelling content, aligning with strategy and moving swiftly when required.
  • Drive engagement, conversations, and interest for clients by leading social media strategy for the agency.
  • Oversee execution for multiple clients, including being part of the content idea generation team.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Slides, Sheets, etc.).
  • Prepare, present, and execute social media plans and playbooks to achieve client goals and align with business objectives.
  • Work within budgets and estimates.
  • Collaborate with the digital strategy and paid social teams to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for all projects.
  • Deliver clear, concise writing adhering to AP style, with the ability to adapt from straightforward to witty when necessary.
  • Stay updated on best practices in the ever-changing field of social media.
