The Chief Client Office (CCO) is focused on providing consistent Client Experience across all business lines and geographies, enabling enhanced Client Satisfaction, Revenue Growth and Business Line Success. The CCO function includes Sales, Partners, Relationship Management, Integration, Marketing & Communications and Sales Analytics & Operations. This role will be responsible for shaping DTCC's global social media presence -- crafting engaging and effective strategies across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook to amplify brand, business, and communications goals. It blends creativity with analytics to drive thought leadership, reputation management, lead generation and innovation through high-impact organic and paid campaigns.
