Requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record in leading social media strategies across both paid and organic channels.
  • Platform Expertise: Strong familiarity with Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and YouTube/Shorts, understanding algorithm nuances.
  • Analytics & Attribution: Proficiency in A/B testing, conversion tracking, and engaging with various analytics tools.
  • Tools: Experienced in social scheduling, listening tools, UTM building, and dashboard analytics.
  • Content & Community: Strong skills in copywriting, briefing, and engaging in reputation management.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, web, intake, and leadership teams.
  • Mindset: Driven, data-oriented, with a proactive approach and capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Regulated Industry Savvy: Experience in legal or other regulated sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Social Strategy & Planning: Develop cross-channel social strategies aligned with brand, case priorities, and campaign goals.
  • Channel Ownership: Manage Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and YouTube/Shorts, evaluating emerging platforms to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Content Calendar & Publishing: Oversee an integrated calendar and coordinate with teams to publish timely, on-brand content.
  • Community Management: Monitor and engage with audience interactions, ensuring positive brand representation.
  • Paid Social Strategy & Execution: Optimize paid campaigns through audience segmentation, retargeting, and dynamic budgeting.
  • Creative Collaboration: Partner with creative teams to develop compelling content tailored for various platforms.
  • Measurement & Analytics: Implement tracking and analyze key metrics to derive actionable insights for campaign improvements.
