We’re looking for a Social Media Strategist and Content Creator who can capture that feeling and translate it into visuals, videos, and stories people want to spread. Someone who can turn everyday moments into viral movements. Someone who knows how to make content so authentic, so emotionally charged, and so contagious, it drives both culture and revenue. Someone who is as obsessed with flowers, luxury brands, and details as we are. If you live at the intersection of photography, video, editing, and social storytelling, and have the instincts to create content that takes off, this role is for you. This is a hands-on creator role—not just a strategist. You’ll be the person behind the lens, the edit, the viral moment. You’ll touch everything from unboxing videos to cultural TikTok hooks, from behind-the-scenes vignettes to cinematic brand storytelling. Your creative fingerprint will be everywhere, and your work will be seen by millions. Expect to create content around: TikTok/Reels with viral hooks and authentic storytelling Behind-the-scenes floral magic moments Surprise-and-delight unboxings people want to film and share Seasonal campaign storytelling (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, holidays) On-the-fly trend participation to keep French Florist in the conversation Paid ad creative (UGC, motion, statics, hooks) across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube Brand and product photoshoots Popup experiences, store openings, and brand activations Internal celebrations and milestone moments (brand anniversaries, press wins)
