About The Position

As part of the One Pep Media Team, you will help shape how our iconic beverage brands show up across the media ecosystem, ensuring our investment drives impact, efficiency, and cultural relevance. We are looking for a Senior Manager, Media Strategy and Investment – Social, to lead paid social integration across PepsiCo Beverages US in partnership with the internal, Pepsico Creative Studio . This role requires a media leader who understands speed and precision, amplifying the right content at the right moment without friction or delay. You will combine strategic thinking with hands on execution, bringing rigor to planning, buying, optimization, and measurement. As the primary media partner to the internal Social team, you will embed platform best practices into holistic media plans, translate performance into clear investment decisions, and ensure disciplined governance across agencies and partners. You will serve as a key connector across brand, creative, analytics, and the broader One Pep Media organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
  • 8-10 years of media experience required (platform or agency background strongly preferred)
  • Deep expertise in paid social platforms, boosting mechanics, and performance optimization.
  • Proven experience leading client-facing media conversations and strategic recommendations.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
  • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Lead Social Strategy & Integration
  • Serve as the primary media liaison to the internal Social team, translating brand objectives into integrated social strategies that drive reach, resonance, and ROI across the broader media ecosystem.
  • Drive Planning, Activation & Optimization
  • Own paid social planning and execution across organic to paid acceleration strategies, ensuring rigor in buying, pacing, cross channel integration, and ongoing optimization.
  • Platform Leadership & Innovation
  • Act as the senior point of contact for key social platforms, driving innovation, testing, and scaled adoption of new capabilities.
  • Global Learning & Thought Leadership
  • Lead the social learning agenda for PBUS, codifying best practices and influencing standards and innovation across the broader One Pep Media organization.
  • Champion Performance & Measurement
  • Advance holistic measurement frameworks and translate performance insights into clear investment decisions tied to brand and business outcomes.
  • Operational Excellence & Capability Building
  • Refine workflows to reduce friction and activation latency while building scalable models, tools, and governance standards.
  • Steward Investment & Collaboration
  • Maximize social investment through disciplined stewardship and strong cross functional partnership across brand, creative, analytics, agency, and platform teams.

Benefits

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $123,500 - $206,750.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
