About The Position

As a Social Media Specialist , you’ll bring brands to life across social platforms—executing impactful social media strategies that support both B2B and B2C marketing goals . Working closely with our Director of Digital and cross‑functional creative teams, you’ll own day‑to‑day social media execution while helping shape content that builds awareness, engagement, and measurable results for Product Connections and our clients .

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in social media, marketing, communications, or a related field , with hands‑on experience managing social media campaigns
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline preferred
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing strategies and how social media supports broader business goals
  • Proven knowledge of major social media platforms and tools, including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), Pinterest, Later, Canva , and similar platforms
  • Experience using visual storytelling and social listening to create engaging, on‑brand content
  • Solid understanding of social media KPIs , analytics, and performance optimization
  • Familiarity with social media SEO and keyword‑driven content strategies
  • Experience conducting audience and buyer persona research to inform content decisions
  • Basic experience with photo editing, graphic design tools , and multimedia file management
  • Understanding of multimedia specifications, including aspect ratios, resolutions, and file formats
  • Highly organized with strong project management and execution skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Creative thinker with strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
  • Comfortable collaborating across teams and contributing ideas in a team‑first culture
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Digital‑first mindset with a willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and trends
  • Flexible and adaptable, with availability to occasionally work evenings or weekends as needed
  • Ability to Travel (10%)

Responsibilities

  • Execute and contribute to integrated social media strategies aligned with broader B2B and B2C marketing initiatives
  • Manage and grow social media accounts for Product Connections, with a strong focus on audience growth, engagement, and brand awareness
  • Plan, build, and maintain content calendars while ensuring consistent, on‑brand messaging
  • Define, track, and optimize key social media KPIs to measure performance and impact
  • Collaborate with digital, creative, multimedia, and production teams to develop compelling graphics, video, and multimedia content
  • Establish and maintain a distinct, professional brand voice for Product Connections and each client—aligned to brand vision and messaging
  • Develop platform‑specific content for channels including Instagram, Reels, Stories, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, and more
  • Capture and produce original photo and video content tailored to each social platform
  • Implement social media SEO best practices , aligning content with campaign-based keyword and SEO strategies
  • Monitor engagement, SEO performance, and audience behavior to continuously optimize content
  • Build and nurture relationships with industry professionals and influencers to strengthen brand presence
  • Work flexibly across environments, including the PC office, studio, and off‑site locations as needed
  • Occasionally support social media initiatives during evenings or weekends based on campaign needs
