About The Position

CLINIC SOCIAL MEDIA SPECALIST - Community Family Clinic Regular Full Time Status: Exempt / SALARY Reports To: Clinic Administrator Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Vacation, Paid Holidays Essential Duties and Responsibilities (This is not an exhaustive list of all duties/responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned) Position will travel and be housed in one of the three area Clinics in Blackfoot, Idaho Falls, & or Rigby Eligibility/Selection/Enrollment/Attendance: Responsible for directly maintaining and managing the day-to-day operations related to the outlined systems as necessary to maintain the Marketing and Branding needs of the Community Family Clinic (CFC) Team. These efforts are primarily focused on becoming an influencer to our external constituent populations and our internal staff Teams. The key deliverable will be to implement and manage CFC’S social medial presence and to grow our footprint and engagement with our significant communities. Work with CFC leadership to ensure that social media and WEB content is informative, on-message, timely (and updated), interesting, and maintains the standards of the CC Idaho Style guidelines. Manage and oversee CFC’S social media and web content postings, monitor for compliance. Work with the CFC Team to develop appropriate KPI’s and monitor them to determine our market penetration, measure the success of social media, web and e-newsletter, and marketing campaigns. Maintain appropriate communications databases related to contact strategies and applicable CRM’s. Maintain all databases associated with marketing, donors, and other identified constituents. Work within the Communications plan to monitor and maintain the brand standards and content integrity within the CC Idaho Website and its approved content editors. Participate in, act as a resource to, and maintain the meeting schedule for the Community Family Clinic, in collaboration with the CC Idaho Communications department. Plan and participate in in- person outreach/marketing events such as Hep C, COVID, Health Fairs, etc.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree and previous experience creating social media content and managing social media accounts/platforms.
  • Able to work in a fast paced and growing environment.
  • Proficient/bi-lingual in English and Spanish in both speaking and writing skills.
  • Organized, efficient and self-driven/motivated.
  • Ability to prioritize workload, to work with limited supervision, and driven to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work within a Team driven environment, will also be while also being able to work independently, and act strategically.
  • Basic experience with social media scheduling and analytics, experience with WEB management/editing, and basic familiarity with dashboards and other metrics
  • Organized, efficient and self-driven/motivated.
  • Ability to travel frequently and overnight both in-state and out of state.
  • Current driver's license and proof of auto insurance
  • Must pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Sales/marketing experience preferred.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems pass a background check.
