About The Position

Vilgain is growing fast in the US and social will play a major role in how we build awareness, connection, and long-term brand love in the market. We’re looking for a Mid-Level Social Media Manager who understands how to create content that feels natural to Instagram and TikTok, knows what captures attention, and can turn products, ideas, and everyday brand moments into content people actually want to engage with. This is a role for someone who combines creativity with execution, has a strong feel for culture and storytelling, and wants to help shape how Vilgain shows up in one of our most exciting growth markets.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in social media, digital content, or content marketing
  • Previous experience with food, health, wellness, or lifestyle brands
  • Based in Los Angeles with the ability to collaborate closely and regularly with the local team
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form content
  • Clear sense of what makes Reels, Carousels, Stories, and TikTok content perform
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Figma, CapCut, Instagram Edits, and similar platforms
  • Strong English copywriting skills and the ability to create content that feels on-brand and native to each platform
  • Experience with content publishing and day-to-day social execution
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working on US-facing social media accounts
  • Familiarity with scheduling, publishing, and reporting tools
  • Strong awareness of US culture, trends, and audience behavior
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative brand environment

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute social content for the US market across Instagram and TikTok
  • Develop Reels, Carousels, Stories, and short-form video that feels native to each platform
  • Turn products, launches, and brand moments into content that is clear, engaging, and on-brand
  • Write captions, hooks, story copy, and light scripts for social content
  • Create and edit assets using tools like Figma, CapCut, Instagram Edits, and similar platforms
  • Schedule and publish content across channels with strong attention to detail
  • Monitor trends, formats, creators, and competitor activity across food, health, wellness, and lifestyle
  • Support community management by monitoring comments and DMs and flagging relevant feedback to the wider team
  • Work closely with the marketing team to keep content timely, relevant, and aligned with brand priorities
