About The Position

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing Good Greek’s social media strategy across all major platforms. This role will focus on brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation support, and employer branding while maintaining a consistent voice and visual identity aligned with company values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience managing social media for a brand or organization
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and content performance
  • Proficiency with social media management and scheduling tools
  • Experience with basic graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.)
  • Excellent written communication skills with an eye for tone, branding, and storytelling
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute efficiently

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals and marketing initiatives
  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others as needed
  • Create engaging content including graphics, videos, reels, captions, and stories that reflect the Good Greek brand
  • Collaborate with marketing, recruiting, operations, and leadership teams to highlight company culture, customer experiences, and growth initiatives
  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and reviews; respond in a timely and professional manner
  • Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth, conversions) and provide regular reporting and insights
  • Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously improve content and performance
  • Support paid social campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Manage brand reputation and ensure messaging consistency across all platforms
  • Coordinate on-site or in-field content capture when needed (crew highlights, moves, events, office culture)
