About The Position

As a Social Media Manager you will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License required.
  • 3+ years of professional social media management experience.
  • Demonstrated success in growing social media accounts and achieving measurable results.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Experience with social media management tools.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and tone.
  • Deep understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform-specific insights).
  • Experience with paid social media campaigns and budget management.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute comprehensive social media strategies tailored to our goals and target audience.
  • Identify emerging trends and opportunities to ensure Thompson stays ahead of the curve.
  • Develop compelling, on-brand content for various platforms, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
  • Collaborate with team members to produce engaging materials.
  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with audiences across platforms to build relationships and foster loyalty.
  • Address inquiries, comments, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using industry-standard tools.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve engagement and ROI.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to achieve objectives.
  • Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results.
