About The Position

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who is passionate about the media landscape. You will expand our social media footprint and oversee our social communications. You will represent our brand across social media platforms to engage our current audience and to attract new audiences through compelling social media initiatives. This role is a part of the global Communications team and will work closely with senior leaders and teams across the organization.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of in-house social media experience at a technology company helping to lead a company’s social media presence
  • Strong knowledge of social media best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.
  • Significant experience using social media platforms for brands including LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Vimeo and others.
  • Experience with platform tools including Sprout Social and Asana.
  • A self-starting, can-do attitude, and willingness to jump in and support the team.
  • An interest in technology and what is happening in the advertising industry.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Basic research skills and project management skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with an eagerness to learn and contribute to a strong, high-performing team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the company’s social media presence across all social media platforms
  • Set the social media strategy aligned with broader marketing initiatives
  • Align our brand with trends and relevant industry moments
  • Develop social media campaigns in partnership with marketing and sales
  • Write and edit social media content
  • Increase engagement with current followers
  • Acquire new followers with a focus on targeted audiences
  • Create and maintain editorial calendar
  • Collaborate across marketing, sales, product and comms to gather details about events and activities for social media inclusion
  • Create and maintain trackers and reports
  • Collaborate with marketing on paid campaigns
  • Support SLT visibility with content creation
  • Partner with design to develop visual assets that amplify our voice
  • Stay up to date on new and emerging social media trends
  • Demonstrate ROI
