We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who knows why content works, not just what to post. This person will lead with strategy and knows how to execute it end-to-end. and knows how to tell a Dan-good story through the lens of social. This role owns the strategic execution of our social presence: turning insights into plans, plans into content, and content into measurable impact. You’ll be responsible for the why, how, and what behind our social-using data, cultural awareness, and creative instincts to guide bold ideas that actually perform. You’ll partner closely with creative and marketing teams to bring strategies to life across platforms, optimize in real time, and continuously evolve how Dan-O’s shows up in culture. If you love building smart plans, launching big ideas, and sweating the details that make content win, this role is for you. Due to the nature of the Social Media environment and the responsibilities of this role there will be some required after-hours, weekend, and holiday support at times.
