The Social Media Manager is responsible for shaping, executing and optimizing the social media strategy across all owned channels to elevate the Momâs Meals brand and meaningfully engage key audiences. This role manages content creation, channel publishing, influencer partnerships, community engagement, analytics and social listening. They collaborate closely across the marketing team to ensure content is aligned, timely, on-message and strategically advancing business goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive storyteller and digital strategist who understands the role of social media in advancing brand reputation, thought leadership and growth. They are creative, resourceful and capable of creating thumb-stopping content even with limited resources and a regulated communications landscape. Brings proven experience building and managing influencer or ambassador programs, including sourcing partners, negotiating collaborations, managing contracts/deliverables and measuring impact. Thrives in fast-paced environments, confident using data, insights and social listening to guide decisions. Prefer local/hybrid (onsite 3 days/week), but open to considering fully remote with travel to the Ankeny headquarters quarterly.
