This high-visibility role within the Global Brand & Content team focuses on storytelling, data-driven marketing, and social media strategy. The manager will oversee NiCE’s social presence across platforms like LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging channels, translating the company's AI leadership and CX innovation into engaging content for practitioners, senior decision makers, analysts, and the broader enterprise technology community. The role involves close collaboration with Product Marketing, PR, Demand Generation, Analyst Relations, and executive leadership.
